Billing
We offer several forms of payment for services. Personal Check, Cash, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are accepted. To avoid interruption of service we strongly encourage customers to use a credit card to pay invoices. At the end of each month we’ve provided service we will send an electronic invoice via email and you can either mail in a check or pay by credit card online. You can also sign-up for auto bill pay so you never have to worry about forgetting to pay your invoices.
Skip Service
You may skip your normal scheduled service any time with at least 24 hours notice.
Mowing Season
Mowing season usually begins in March and ends in November. We’ll service your property weekly or bi-weekly during those months.
Pets
If you have an aggressive pet on your property please ensure that he or she is secure away from the area we are servicing. If we can’t complete a job because of a pet you’ll still be charged for the full cost of service.
Bad Weather
We will make every attempt to complete your yard in light rain but in the event of heavy rain or if your yard is too wet then we’ll re-schedule your service for the following week.
Pricing
Pricing is based on the size of your property and the level of work needed to complete our service. If improvments are made to your property during the time we service your yard it could effect pricing.
Damage to your Property
Thrivescapes is insured in the event that we damage property while performing service. All claims must be reported immediately or within 24 hours from when we serviced your yard.
Schedule
We will assign you a day of the week when we will service your property and you can count on us to always be there unless there’s bad weather. We can’t guarantee a certain day or time but let us know if you have any specific requests and we will make every effort to help out. We usually begin servicing clients at 8:00 AM until dusk.
